How do I start the process of purchasing a puppy from you?

Contact us with the puppy or litter information you are interested in. The best way to do this is by e-mail, direct message on one of our social media platforms, or by phone. 

What are your accepted methods of payments after the deposit?

We accept CASH payments for our puppies. You must pay the final balance on the day we deliver your puppy to you, or when you come to pick up your puppy.  
 

How does the waitlist work?

Once you have filled out the application, been approved, and sent in your deposit. You will be put on the waitlist for the litter you have chosen. When selection day comes, you will get to choose your puppy in order of deposits.

When is selection day for the puppies?

The selection week is typically done between 5 weeks of age, however, this isn't always a guarantee and could be done later than predicted. Families will be notified of selection week and will be given time slots according to the order of deposits.

What is the best way to send my deposit?

PayPal, Venmo and cash app

Does the deposit get applied to the purchase price of the puppy?

Yes, the deposit is applied to the purchase price of the puppy.

When do the puppies go in for their first Health Check?

We take each litter in at 3-5 days old for dewclaw removal & full health exams.

At what age do you allow the puppies to go home?

Puppies can go to their new homes at 8 weeks. Sometimes we will hold puppies back if they are smaller or not yet ready for transport (generally 9-10 weeks).

Does the listed price include breeding rights?

The listed price of each puppy is their current price and will indicate pet home or full AKC (breeding rights). We, along with our vet will determine if a puppy is breeding quality or not based on confirmation and health. If you are interested in breeding rights or intend to show your dog, you will need full AKC registration.

Will my puppies come with a health guarantee?

Yes! all of our puppies go home with a 2 year health guarantee. 

Do you provide stud services?

Do you allow puppies to be pick up from your home?

We currently do not allow families to pick up puppies from our home. At the time of pick up, we will have you either meet us at our local police station or Vets office. 

How often do families get updates as puppies grow?

We try to update families on the puppies between 1-2 times a week. However, we are more than happy to send more pictures if asked.
